He cried out for, "Help!" and it has come! They have come.

This LennonTask o’mine (or ours) came forth live via Britain’s City2000.com in their web magazines, NetGirl and Entertainer, on January 19^th. Toni Jones, Editor, felt the call. Something rang inside of her to know the need to bring forth this Lennon Task to the world. To give it a chance, to make a contribution, and bring about a change. To present a vehicle for her readers to pick up the ball, and simply to IMAGINE what if. In that one week, a shift has taken place. A shift that spans more than just myself, and my own dedication to the cause. We say we want a REVOLUTION of, for and by peace – all of us do. We say that we would love to hear the plan? Lennon is offering, and it’s called, the LennonTask. This is only the beginning. This is the start. It IS the peaceful revolution.

It really is going to be all right! For the cry of the ONLY HEARTS CLUB begins with twelve other singularly gifted individualists who have heard the call and taken up their own means to this peaceful loving end we are seeking. From there it goes on. A revolution of peace via love, consideration, acceptance, and random acts of kindness. A peaceful revolution of change! It made sense to us when John said it. It made sense to us in the 1960’s, but where did the world sell out? To who did the world sell out that concept? The one concept that will set us free! We want it, we even say that we want it. Why can’t we get it? I mean…really GET IT! To get back to where we once belong. To peace, love and light. To a new generation, a new world. To take back our world. Do we have to hate to find love? Do we have to hurt to know healing? Do we have to cry out to find the answers? No…in answer to all…NO, WE DO NOT. So, why then? Why do we know that Christ didn’t even have it easy and was crucified? Ghandi was obliterated. Lennon was murdered. King was wiped out and away. My God, there are so many more! Is that what we do to our bearers of higher light? Our light bearers? Can we only take so much that will bring us enlightenment? We ostracize, we condemn, we disbelieve and then we destroy. Destroy our Earth. Destroy our light. Destroy ourselves. He made that someone himself. He has placed countless hours of effort into making our environment and the downward spiral we are taking it, known to all who seek. Mark Elsis is a model for us all! The environment, nuclear warfare, our ecological well-being are not just nice topics of dinner conversation. They are our future….oh, my God no….they are our now! WE ARE LIVING ON BORROWED TIME. And…we better have a thought of tomorrow. Why do you really think Lennon has stuck around the Earth plane? To hang out? I mean, he’s not a lonely heart. Come ON! The 100^th Monkey shift…how long can we wait for that? Can Mark do it alone? Can I? Could John? Can any one of us? Alone, no. Together…absolutely we can cause the world to come to peaceful knees.

Others have joined the Taskmaster Lennon and heard the call. Felt the force of the pull of their own soul and realized that we are here to love each other, and help each other. To draw peace on Earth and accept no less! How many times can we sit on the sidelines and exude nothingness? I tip my hat to those I will describe below! They have touched the hearts of many. They reach into your very soul, and shake you by the ears. Kudos, Club Members! Kudos to you all! All who have come together with me over him in just the last week. I know, I know...it's incredible, it's amazing and it's all in the effort to GIVE PEACE A CHANCE, TO ALL SHINE ON AND ON AND ON AND ON. I certainly did not come up and out with this for the bejesus of it. Nope. There's reason. The reason is the now! These are where we are at, the who we are, the where we...as human beings are headed. And..headed we are!

Craig Schroeder; what a talented and gifted man. A musician, a songwriter and an individual of such dedication to peace. Craig, (aka Eggie) renders…I don’t know, inspiration to and for all who touch his works. What a tremendous force of peaceful change he is! Check out the phenomenal Lennon Tribute song that Craig wrote in conjunction with his wife called, We Want World Love. On his site and in his heart. Feridun, artist extraordinaire who paints only to express his soul through the art of having fun. This man is a gift to the world, for he shares so openly and loves so easily and does the impossible by capturing it all perfectly on canvas. Fereidun is a medium of rare talent and strength. Someone, he told me, recently said that his artworks would go well to the music of, Lennon. Linda Keen wrote the amazing first step phase to my own Task, Across the Universe with John Lennon. Linda is not only a friend, but another piece of another part of John’s and my soul. To make a stand and bring such an outstanding piece of work forth…to literally break the ice that John Lennon lived and existed was…well, it took guts! Linda put aside her own ego, and allowed her association with the spirit of John Lennon to bring peace and light to so many. Linda is a "stellar" member of John’s ONLY HEARTS CLUB. Airing of questions, thoughts and answers via the web boards, chats, Lennon art and poetry. What a superb meeting place for Lennon followers and fans. Hilary Howe has brought her Explorer’s Network to the Toronto area. Explorer’s is a gathering place for those on a spiritual quest and pathway seeking higher truth and knowledge. Hilary is a magnanimous little lady from Britain, who has began a sanctuary which explores and explains angels, dreams, alternative health methods, and provides open forums and discussions which render profound guidance and answers. Lastly the ONLY HEARTS CLUB brings forth two very special people, John Edwards, and a young British girl who wishes to not be named. I met John Edwards on an airplane traveling from Phoenix to Detroit in May, 1999. John was seated next to me, and truly has made me believe that all happens for reason in our lives. A gentle and truly gifted man, John is a poet and writer. The profoundness of his thoughts and the beauty in which he views the world is a gift to us all. John has kindly agreed to share his wonderful gift with the world by contributing to my website which should be up live in the next week, or two. (LennonTask.com)

In the course of this week, a gifted young British lady only 18-years old has touched my soul. Her connection to Lennon is deep, and her commitment to the Task and to sharing peace and love throughout the world simply endears her to my heart. The innocence which young people bring forth…those who never saw John Lennon alive, is something which we all can learn from. For these kids show us faith in truth. If I personally gain nothing else from this Task, I have found and met another very special soul in her.

Twelve others, all who have dedicated their own lives and their own work to assist. Those who hear the hum and feel the music. They know the words and it permeates them. These are the members of the ONLY HEARTS CLUB who find purpose and reason via reaching out with their individual efforts to make this time we call Earth, work! To make others hear and see and feel. They are the leaders, for they have not allowed the road difficult or the territory unmapped to stand in their way. We can all…all of us as human beings on each individual pathway, get HIGH with a little help from each other. To promote each other. To love our diversity. To ring our own self-truths, yet to champion another’s differences. These are the heroes of our lives. The beginnings of a theory brought forth by Lennon in Imagine, "A brotherhood of man". I bring forth who have stepped up the The LennonTask. Not for me. Not for John. But for us all!
